The claim is that civilization has a safety net with men that defend it because they do have wives and expectancies to have sex, but if they didn't, men would have no reason to sustain civilization or their families or anything at all.

It is a doom view, but it has some truth. As testosterone goes down and porn goes up, men who rely on porn do not necessarily put much effort into women. The only exception seems to be simping, which is still using men's libido to give women financial power, so in the end, it is the same.

However, in the end we all were born to women, so does that mean this claim is bullshit? Women always had all power?
