Women who have dated or is dating a man who have claimed to RP what were the Red Flags and negative traits that you found in him and have you ever spoken to them about it?

There were many red flags not in the beginning though. When we first started dating he was kind, he was ambitious, and he was attentive and put a lot of effort and energy to me. It was kind of awesome. He was big on self improvement which was a plus and making himself a self made man and about glow ups and doing good for yourself.

The red flags though were loud and these showed up later in the relationship. Had they shown up earlier I would have been out. We did break up shortly after he expressed these views.

Dismissive of women's issues and those pertaining to bodily autonomy. He would justify anti abortion laws as women using it for "birth control". And site this careless party girl sleeping with randos at a club and getting pregnant. I ask him if she is irresponsible enough to sleep around and not wear protection why would she be a good mother? Why does sex need to have a punishment?
Sympathizes with Andrew Tate stating that masculinity is under attack. And those gross things he says about women are jokes it's funny. I spoke to him about this.
Sites RMV/SMV and says high value partners. And claimed body count is what matters in regards to women's value. I called that out. Because it should matter how much your partner adds value to your life. Claims high value men are men that want a relationship.
Says the whole 80/20 thing. Women only choose.20% of the men leaving average men out. I chose him? Lol a divorcee with crippling debt and a child. Women will date who they want to date. But he claimed to be high value I chuckled to myself over this.
Would not have female friends. Because he doesn't have anything in common with women. I'm sure if he spouted off his misogynistic crap female friends would not allow it.
Complains that the issue with modern women is they are not submissive. (He's a Christian fundamentalist too which came out later). Said it's biblical for women to submit to men.
Put no effort into the relationship. But I was expected to do all of it and be at his beckoned call. And if I wanted or expected things of him it was a chore or silly little things.

-Sexually my needs could go unmet or even mocked if he wanted to play video games and I wanted attention. But if I didn't want to it wasn't fair to him and I was neglecting him as a man.

Claimed the alpha thing. And if he had a high body count woman that would make him a beta cuck (he said this)

Needless to say I peaced out and healing without that mess. And wondering why I got myself into that.

I learned that no matter how much you love someone and care for them. If they think like they do with TRP they will not respect you they do not see you as a person. So all that love all that care will go into vacuum and empty space that will always take and take. That's why TRP is so damaging to men, is men really want love and to have partners. But that ideology will hold them back because you cannot fully love and appreciate something you do not respect.

The cheating was a red flag. The gaslighting to cover up the cheating. The reasoning for the cheating: “You can have sex with people and not love them as long as you’re coming home to your main girl.” No. That’s infuckingsane. It’s abuse. They would always talk about how once they were “high value” they’d be allowed to cheat. If you can’t hold down a retail job please tell me how you’re going to manage a harem. They can have a loyal and consistent woman who stands by them and will fuck it all up to try to have “a main chick” and a relationship that is open on their side only. As if the majority women would go for that.

Another was always taking about how women just want men for money…. But then never being able to hold down a job, never contributing to rent or bills. Never even wanting to work, or instead of getting a solid job always wanting to do some kind of scheme or some gig economy job inconsistently. Never having money for birthdays or Christmas or groceries but always having the money to buy expensive computers or new clothing. They can’t hold down jobs but are obsessed with talking about how they’ll be rich, fucking tons of women and worshipped.

The main red flag for all red pill men I’ve met and the one I’ve dated is that the only thing they are consistent in is being unreliable and inconsistent. They’re also consistently angry, and questioning anything they do leads to the equivalent of a temper tantrum. They are violent and use rage to intimidate. They are obsessed with how they are viewed by their friends and lie to make their lives seem put together. How can you have true friends if they don’t even know the truth about you? They have delusions of grandeur and instead of focusing on solving the problems now and being future minded are obsessed with a version of themselves they aren’t even setting themselves up to be. They are irresponsible and careless, and when something doesn’t go right they blame it on someone else. “YOU didn’t do this thing that was my responsibility.” Or “You didn’t remind me about this thing that I’ve known I had to do for months.” They don’t consider the consequences of anything and do what they want and when it all falls apart it is your fault for “looking” or “creating drama.” They are not on stable ground ever and play fast and loose. They are learning narcissistic traits from “gurus” and when the advice doesn’t work it isn’t the advice that’s the problem, it’s “female nature” that’s the problem. They have bad relationships with their families, and their families don’t even try with them anymore.

And finally, they are the victim in every story or every interaction they have. They frame everything like the world is against them. It’s exhausting.

The man I was with did not outright say he was RP but he did all of the RP "tactics" which amounted to emotional abuse and eventually destroyed the relationship. His red flags were:

covert misogyny (snide comments about how most women are xyz but I'm so different and special)
backhanded compliments aka negging
triangulation (with my own friend)
cycles of hot and cold behavior. Blowing up my phone one day and then completely ignoring me for the next several days
picking on my insecurities
subtly putting me down to make me believe I was inferior to him
refusal to commit, always acting like he had one foot out the door
premature sexual aggressiveness
inability to accept blame or apologize

I felt crazy around him. I realized he was doing all of these things on purpose to destroy my self esteem and make me addicted to his validation. So I got rid of him

He did try to come back a few times but I never gave him a second chance. The sad thing is, I genuinely wanted a relationship and I was ready to love him with my whole heart. I actually wanted a future with him. If he would have respected me, treated me well, and been honest from start I would have stayed with him. But he blew it with this RP nonsense. Some people have to learn the hard way

I used to know some RP guys but they (always!) showed their red flags earlier even when interactions were still platonic.

All of RP guys have one similarity whether they are conscious about it or not.

Massive insecurity

They tried to hide it, deflected it, buried it, but it always seeps out every interactions. Their 'dreading, negging, kino, posturing, etc' all to change/hide/conceal their deep insecurity. I am fortunately always aware of things like that.

Comments
