Why do you assume "intimidating" is the problem? Your face is fairly soft and round, you don't look at all intimidating. "Unapproachable" can mean a huge variety of things, including looking moody or in a hurry. I would bet it's waaaay more about your body language or facial expression than your actual face.

You don’t look intimidating at all. You look a bit detached and maybe grumpy but learning to smile so that it reaches your eyes will fix that, no surgery needed.

Unapproachable is not the same as intimidating, which you are not. Smiling more will help with a lot of that.

As others have said, looking more approachable is also heavily about body language and other factors.

If you want to look more approachable, then open body language (I.E. relaxed, arms not crossed over chest), good posture, appropriate levels of eye contact and smiling all generally make people seem more inviting to meet and interact with.
