I think how a person presents themselves, their manners, how they treat women is everything.

I've been on dates with handsome men, not so handsome men, tall men, short men, rich men, men I supported financially... The turn off for me is always based on how they treat me and how respectful they are of women.

I won't lie, of course we are initially attracted to what's flashy. However this is short lived after you get to know a person in my experience.

I personally don't care for money too much, I know my partner is working on something that matters to him and I intend to support him and his dreams every step of the way. I work a good job, have a house etc and know I can keep us afloat until he wants to take over.

My partner keeps himself groomed and physically fit sure, but I've never met a better gentleman and his manners are unlike any I've experienced before. Sure, he's incredibly handsome, he's not tall though but he's beautiful on the inside and I see the looks as just a bonus. Looks fade. You have to be excited to grow old with the person on the inside.

To summarize, I don't believe:

that the female gender will choose only tall, handsome, and rich dudes…but….they will get to as close to it as they can

I believe we choose, in the end, the man that makes us feel secure and loved in the right way. I don't believe all women to be materialistic, certainly not the ones of quality.

Address what's on the inside, don't use what you can't change as a cop out for some much needed, internal TLC.
