Yesterday, she packed her stuff and moved into her new apartment which is an hour away from here. She didn't even talk to our kids about what was happening. She also just started grabbing things to take with no discussion to "split our assets". Of course, she left me with most of it, so I didn't really care. But still, after putting all her money into a separate account a year ago leaving me with all the bills, she has now left me with the home, a 16 yo daughter, a 20 yo daughter in college, 2 dogs, and a cat. The MSA is still being negotiated. Is there anyway to work this to my advantage?
