19-year-old woman who punched an elderly man unconscious in the street, causing him to fall to the ground, hit his head and then die a week later, is cleared of causing his death. Instead, she was charged with "wounding" and given a six-month curfew

All men should boycott New Years Eve celebrations in London and let women see how much fun they will actually have without "predators".

Then I'm sure it will be complaints of women not having any fun because of men.

Most people, regardless of gender or identity would like to enjoy a night out without predators who pick pockets, grope or assault them. It sounds like you are defending someone who wants to assault other people, which is weird.

Coming from the country where by law, it is legal for a woman to grape a man.

Why am I not surprised.

Coming from the country where by law, it is legal for a woman to grape a man.

Into the bargain said man will be counted as a victim of violence against women.

He said rape, not sexually assault. The English rape definition does not allow for female aggressors.

Rape in English law

Rape is a statutory offence in England and Wales. The offence is created by section 1 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003: (1) A person (A) commits an offence if—(a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis, (b) B does not consent to the penetration, and (c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents. (2) Whether a belief is reasonable is to be determined having regard to all the circumstances, including any steps A has taken to ascertain whether B consents. (3) Sections 75 and 76 apply to an offence under this section.

It’s just not called rape.

  • "99% of rapists are men"

  • "we need to teach boys not to rape"

  • "women need even more rape resources. male victims of heterosexual rape don't need any, because there are almost none of them."

Don't think that's a problem?

I’ve literally heard people saying that so you are wrong.

US statistics say the same as UK statistics. However in a typical year as many men are nonconsensually enveloped as women are nonconsensually penetrated. Over 40% of nonconsensual sex (rather than only focusing on nonconsensual penetration) is being perpetrated by women. If you look at that and advocate for equal resources for male victims or advocate for gender neutral consent education rather than separate "teach men not to rape" and "teach women to recognize and report rape" programs and you will find a whole lot of people saying that.

When such sexist spaces exist, men should “identify” as women and seek entry. If denied, scream about how they are being discriminated against based in their gender identity.

Fight woke with woke.

I don't see a problem here. The article says that the space will be open to everyone but that specialists will be present to help women in particular.

Every group has a need. If a hospital provides specialized equipment and staff to treat cancer patients, that doesn't violate the rights of those with heart conditions.

The police will be there to help everyone. If there is still a need, I think men's groups should volunteer to meet needs at events like this. Anyone can start a group and ask for donations. If you have a big impact, more people will donate. You might even win a contract to provide services to the city.

[–]UnconventionalXY 7 points8 points9 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If women are afraid of men, they won't be happy having men anywhere near them, including male police officers.

For this to be non-discriminatory, they would need to have separate mens, womens and other safe spaces staffed by same gender people.

'Anyone can start a group and ask for donations'.

Well, anyone can try, but it seldom works out for Mens groups.

You're in the wrong place. This is where the insecure/bitter come to concoct a victimhood
