Stbxw thinks that majority of custody should and will go to her for our two small kids (5 and 3). She wants to work it out so that she gets like 75-80% of the time. I told her I want 50/50. She is adamant about not doing 50/50 and wants the 80%.

Anyone in CA have any experience with a similar situation? How did it work out?

For background, we both work and are stable. I make maybe 30% more than her. Nothing in my background would suggest I’m not a good father or otherwise unqualified for 50/50, IMO.
