The EU has decided that it doesn't matter if there is a majority of males that knows how to do their job, there has to be a percentage of women regardless what their skill is.
I'm not saying that it's impossible for a woman to be more capable than a man, I am a supporter of equality, I think we all have the same chances to be good.
But it doesn't matter who's good and who's not, there must be a percentage of women, no matter what.

This is why we need feminism, because it's good to have at least a specific amount of members of a specific gender no matter what.
