30% should be male too. I think you call it Gender equality. I am not sure if a 30% female quote alone is compatible with the german law (Grundgesetz).

Art 3 GG:

(1) All persons shall be equal before the law.

(2) Men and women shall have equal rights. The state shall promote the actual implementation of equal rights for women and men and take steps to eliminate disadvantages that now exist.

(3) No person shall be favored or disfavored because of sex, parentage, race, language, homeland and origin, faith, or religious or political opinions. No person shall be disfavored because of disability.

I think this program should be expanded into another career area where women are woefully under represented... Septic Tank Pumper.

Upon completion of their nursing degree (too many women in this field), A number of nurses will be assigned a pumper truck on which to work which shall bring female worker percentage up to the required 30%.

Damn their desire to work in field of their own choosing, we all must make sacrifices on the alter of "equality".

I don't like quotas cause it intentionally forces companies to hire a woman and ignoring a more qualified man. It's clearly sexist and shouldn't be enforced.

When companies start getting run into the ground, they'll say "50% is not enough!!! We need 100% of board members to be women". Financial and economic collapse will follow and then they'll be begging men to clean up the mess women made.

Women CAN be the right person for the job...but only if they're selected based on their merits and not because some quota has to be filled.
