Before even leaving primary school he has absorbed a corrosive and pervasive myth about what should be expected from boys and girls.

It still resonates in my head, even after so many years : "If you want to succeed, do like the girls". Like that, many similar sentences during years of education. "Let her have it, she's a girl", "She got higher mark because girls write things better" and a long etc. I also remember how, one day, we were...a bit sweaty after playing football before going to class, so the teacher, a man (whose daughter was in the same class), had us stand in front of the rest of the class (the girls), and lectured us about how girls would never do this, how we had a lot to learn, etc. It was basically, public shaming.

That thing is just not new and it messes up the perception of man-woman relationship, as boys come to see girls are superior. Maybe that's the idea? If there are so few men teaching children and the ones there are going with this mentality...

Honestly, I've about had it with the current state of things. I've recently had my first experience with job hunting and "affirmative action." I'm also discovering the wonders of Obamacare, and how I get to subsidize the old and women.

Someone seriously made the analogy to me that enraged me to no end the other day. "It is ok to take food from the plate of the historically fat (white males) and give it to starving (black people/women)."

Thats an astounding assumption, because I am a white male, its ok to take food off my plate because I have presumably have plenty. Food must be taken from me to appease wrongs I had no part in, nor did the current generation suffer from.

Competition in my field is hard enough on an even keel. Much less having to be better than other candidates + magical social justice warrior bonus points for XYZ groups.

Its only a matter of time before atlas shrugs, and I don't think anyone else is up to take on such a burden.
