Of course, the reason it feels intolerable is that, from the cradle, men are told they are better than women and that women exist to serve them: sexually, domestically, and at times, in the workplace.

It's funny because this is the exact opposite of reality.

Women aren't told that it's their job to die for men.

They are told men are always ready for sex and so they are owed it when they desire it.

They are told boys are lazy and stupid and violent from day 1 in school.

They are told the right "man" for a job is invariably a woman and a women can do anything better than (in heels).

They are told men owe them a living, happiness, sexual fulfillment, children, and support. In return they owe the men in their lives nothing and if they fail to provide any of those things or expect something in return that they should dump that loser and find the perfect man they are entitled to.

They are told that women should be able to have the same or better careers as men despite not doing as much work (leaving men to pick up the slack for the same pay).

It's harder and harder to find feminists arguments that aren't largely based on projection (as in, all the terrible thoughts/actions they ascribe to men are in fact what they would do/think in a given situation) and a complete reversal of reality.

I don't think people hate men as a class. Yes, there are more people hating men than women in all likelihood but I'm talking about the attitude of the majority.

When you see a homeless person you ignore him or feel compassion but you don't hate him - or most of us don't. Or when a flat is rented out to a woman instead of a man it's not because men are hated but because people tend to trust men less. It's not hatred. Or when you change to the other side of the street when you see a group of men it's not hatred but fear. Or when the educational underachievement of boys is ignored it's not because boys are hated but because helping them isn't seen as important as helping girls. Or ...

This strange concept of people hating other people is a feminist thing created to invoke the kind of distrust and even hatred that fuels their movement. And, yes, they succeed but only among a small minority.

Using the concept may be useful in a political sense but it means nevertheless sinking to the level of the feminists.
