Problem: "If a man is not aware of the child, which he may not be if his wife or former wife doesn't notify him of the child right away, he loses all chance to fight the child support..."

Solution: Men will not be held legally responsible for children without DNA proof of paternity and contract stating they assume fatherhood. No more of this "its not your baby, but you pay nonsense" as well as unequal options such as mothers choice for adoption, abortion, and unequal or biased custody procedures.

If women know the gravy train of state extortion is over; unwed and unwanted pregnancies will cease.

I see it's a Christian site, but this is still a very weird way to describe the problem. In 2011, 44% of single mothers were never married.
