19-year-old woman who punched an elderly man unconscious in the street, causing him to fall to the ground, hit his head and then die a week later, is cleared of causing his death. Instead, she was charged with "wounding" and given a six-month curfew

not seeking anyone in connection with its investigation

She did it. That is what this means. It is clear she killed those boys, and they're trying to find out why.

I suspect that is also why they didn't talk about any of the specifics of the crime, because it would make her sound like the monster she was.

So many words to protect a murderer from being judged negatively, and we all know it was because of the perpetrator's sex.

Looks like she did https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/21674315/nadja-strangled-sons-killing-herself-home-murder-suicide/

To be fair, if they WOULD come out and paint her as what she was; how would their audience respond? It's not JUST the media's fault, popular media tells the audience what they want to hear or they don't stay popular for very long and another group steps in to take their place.

The truth is; the vast majority of the population doesn't actually want new and accurate information to get a better understanding of the world around them, they just want the information that they already have to be validated. Understanding the world is too much work, it requires too much self examination and the admission of your own flaws, it's easier to just pretend that the world fits into their current understanding and attack anyone who says otherwise using their overpriced gender studies degrees to stroke their ego, and convince the naive, while simultaneously manipulating data and committing egregious argumentum ad verecundiam fallacies, not realizing the irony inherent in spending tens of thousands of dollars to be taught how to interpret statistical data and minimize personal biases to form a more accurate picture of reality but then throwing all of that out the window to prove correct the opinion they've been paid to find supporting evidence for anyway. They aren't trying to actually hold correct opinions, they are trying to hack the educational system and exploit people's trust in academia to have their current opinions respected on the same level as objective facts by either obtaining a degree or paying someone who already has one, which causes a kind of a feedback loop in academia as it tries to prepare students to get jobs btw.

That or they are so deep in the unquestionable echo chamber that they are unsure of themselves and think that they must be the ones who are wrong anytime they find something that doesn't fit the narrative, which, hint hint; is the entire reason you aren't allowed to question the echo chamber in the first place as you don't have to just assume you're wrong when you are allowed to ask questions. You might recognize this tactic because it's the same tactic that cults use to maintain obedience, but no; SJWs aren't a cult that's <insert non-sequitur ad hominem attack here>.

Can you imagine if a father killed his kids? There would be countless stories of how he is an animal, and the mother would (rightfully) get much sympathy and support. But here the father isnt even mentioned other than as the victims family.

[–]qotpp991 points 3 years ago [recovered] (3 children) | Copy Link

Um the father usually kills the mother and the kids. Theres no mother left to give the “sympathy and support” to that you allege would take place.

There’s even a name for these types of men: “family annihilators”. They either kill their entire families or themselves and their entire families. They make sure that their kids die and their wife as some sort of extension of themselves which is beyond fucked up and actually studied. This happens so often that it is studied.

See Murdaugh, Michael Haight, Chris Watts, John List, Anthony Todt (even killed the family’s dog), Christian Longo etc. for examples. I googled those in like 5 seconds. Anecdotally, there’s also been like 4 local news stories lately about men attempting to kill their entire families in failed murder-suicide attempts or successful ones.

Actually if you look up the statistics on intimate murder-suicides it’s pretty wild to see how often this type of shit takes place

So in a case about a woman killing her children your reply was "umm actually" men kill their kids too. But thank you, you proved my point, you find all these public cases of men killing their children, yet its hushed when women do the same.

For context: the other person decided to block me, so I wont be able to respond further. Funny how these feminists cant stay away from a discussion yet cant stay in them either.

How often...? I doubt it's even remotely common, specially in western countries.

[–]dw87190 24 points25 points26 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

They can't think of a way to blame a man and they're stressed that they can't avoid administering justice against a female perpetrator. Fuck you UK

[–]UnconventionalXY 19 points20 points21 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Oh, they'll find a way to blame the husband: perhaps a neighbour once hearing he raised his voice coming forward and they will say she snapped under the domestic violence.

[–]Athan11 4 points5 points6 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Perhaps they'll find a way to pin it on the two boys or something. /s

[–]Early-Department-234 14 points15 points16 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

The children's faces are plastered on the article, but nothing about the mother. The article's tone is as if they died a natural death or from war.

[–]blaizken_420 3 points4 points5 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

as if they died a natural death

This is kind of telling on how they view this. That they divorce women from accountability so severely, their violent actions are treated like an immutable force of nature, rather than a human being choosing to be evil.

[–]Early-Department-234 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This reminds me of that Polish guy who was banned from seeing his kids, and was cautioned by police for reporting that his ex-wife's living conditions were filthy and the kids were unsupervised. He wrote a book "Drone" or something like that.

UK is a feminist shit hole

[–]KrazyJazz 27 points28 points29 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She killed her two boys. But she's a woman therefore it's ok. Kinda. And we should feel sorry for her. Just another day in the paradisiac patriarchy...

[–]JollyFawn90 6 points7 points8 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

How much you wanna bet they’ll blame on postpartum depression, even though it’s been 7 damn years. Absolutely disgusting

[–]Acrobatic_Sport_7664 4 points5 points6 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No questions about how girls are raised? No calls for other women to intervene when they see toxic female behaviour? No calls for the courts to get tough on female perpetrators of family violence? Of course not!

[–]Character_Pirate_618 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Story would be handled very differently if a man had killed his children.

[–]Saelaird 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She's scum.

Won't be outed though.

[–]Delicious-Agency-824 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

So murder suicide?

[–]Forcetobereckonedwit 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No mention whatsoever of the father? Wtf? No interview, no statement, no nothing?

[–]pmgte1 points 3 years ago [recovered] (2 children) | Copy Link

As if there aren't men who kill their kids

[–]UnconventionalXY 21 points22 points23 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Men who kill their kids are publicly crucified as monsters whilst women are seen to have a mental health issues likely due to the impact of evil men.

[–]TyNastyTime 6 points7 points8 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Right, what an absolute crock and double standard. She should get absolutely zero sympathy. She could have just taken her own life, but she chose to take her kids' lives too, (probably) in order to cause as much emotional damage to the father as possible.

She's a monster. And if roles were reversed, I'd say the father was a monster, too. Excuse my language, but anyone who defends her deserves to rot in the depths of hell with her. 😡😡😡

It's crazy how fast modern-day feminism went from "Empower all women" to "Women can do no wrong." This is flat-out sickening. Especially with the Lindsay Clancy case not too long ago and watching the outpour of support among a large number of women for her. Do they never stop and ask themselves, "What kind of behavior is this encouraging?" Certainly, at least some of them know.

[+]QtPieGrahamsCrust -17 points-16 points-15 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Men kill way more often then women and both genders can have mental illness, doesn't make it right.

[–]tonando 7 points8 points9 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Men get also killed way more often.

[–]EvidencePlz 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Correct. Plus, men actually help and contribute to the society several thousands of times more than they kill and/or do harm. Matter of fact, and as just a simple example, you and I wouldn't be able to communicate right now using the internet if it weren't for brave men doing death-defying tasks such as installing and repairing under-sea internet cables. Show me how many women are doing the same or similar tasks.

[–]My-Unedited-Truth 5 points6 points7 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The problem being highlighted is not that she is a woman and killed. It is that she is a woman and killed and western societies will bend over backwards to avoid placing blame upon her.

Men engage in more violence and risky behaviors. It makes sense that they would kill and be killed more The justice system is full of them and generally people see them as the monsters the male killers are. It would be unfathomable if we saw society attempting to excuse this behavior. I want justice to find all who would harm another. I have more respect for feminists who recognize that this societal practice is actually taking agency away from the women who are treated with kid gloves.

Ultimately it amounts to,”Bitches be crazy!” But woke.
