I am looking to make a fact sheet explaining how to avoid false rape accusations and what to do if you are falsely accused. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Aside from the other good advice I am sure you will get here I have to point out the importance of cutting off all contact with the accuser and their friends. Even if it seems to be an overature for reconciliation or to come clean you must assume that there is a trap. Remember, this is a liar we are taking about.

And document every attempt she makes to contact as well as everything that happened or was said before or since the alleged event.

The hysteria over false rape claims is only exceeded by the hysteria of college rape.

Your off odds of this happening are so miniscule that trying to take precautions is just a waste of resources and energy.

Women are now all living in constant fear because of the anti male feminist machine. I don't want men to live in perpetual fear as well.

Of course it will be clear that all women are not vile creatures, false accusers are.

There is s very vast grey area where women aren't sure whether they have been raped or not. The police in my town said that even something like 60% of accusations don't lead to anything because nothing criminal had happened or the accuser backed down.

The only somewhat sure way to avoid these traps is not to have sex. The next best way is not to have sex with drunken women. And if you do, record the conversations leading to sex.

Know how to spot an SJW. For women, some of the clearest indicators are dyed hair, short/no hair, hipster glasses, crazy contact lenses, too much eyeliner, certain shades of lipstick (purple is a dead giveaway of craziness), showing too much skin, and whore heels. (I don't know about men; I just look at their body language and already know.)

Once you know how to spot an SJW, avoid them. Avoid walking near/down any SJW blocks/streets. If you must go through their neighbourhoods, avoid walking near/down any SJW or left wing buildings. If you must go through their buildings, avoid walking near/down any SJW classes. If you must be in a class, avoid sitting next to them. If you must sit next to them, make small talk (don't want to ignore a minority), but keep it to a minimum, and keep it to the course syllabus.

Try to always walk in front of video cameras/public places so that people can see where you are. And always have an audio recording going throughout the day. If no drama happens at the end of the day, delete it. But if you spent some alone time with an SJW, you should probably save the recording.

Blend in. Style yourself the way an SJW would. Use SJW words in your vocabulary (like privilege, oppression, problematic, patriarchy, "the man", etc). Join the SJW club you hate the least. Apologize like a Canadian if even the slightest mistake is made. Personally, what I notice works better than anything else is if I drink regular milk but pretend it's soy milk.

If you really want to date a women, forget all the pussy-whipped SJW stuff I said earlier. So you wanna talk with her, keep the conservation as clean as possible. You don't ask her son a date, you JUST ask to get to know her better over coffee (or something like that). Always pick public places with multiple cameras. Again, street video cameras + audio recordings on your phone are amazing.

If you're about to screw a woman, never trust her condoms (she could poke holes), bring your own. Bring spermicide (that you know won't damage the latex condom) and tell her it's water-based lubricant. Pull out, and justify it by saying you feared the condom may have broken. (In actuality, she may have put oil-based lubricant in her V which could deteriorate a latex-based condom.)

Afterwards, tie up the condom and DO NOT FLUSH IT DOWN A TOILET, a condom could clog a toilet. Put it somewhere hygienic and take it with you (also, get dressed and leave soon).

The morning after, send her a message on Facebook or something asking her how she liked the night before. She'll say "OMG it was amazing <3<3<3!" Save that message, and never delete it. At this point, pretty much never contact her again.

If she says she got pregnant from you, she's statistically almost definitely full of BS (condoms + spermicide + pullout? near impossible for her to actually have gotten pregnant from you). Tell her you're infertile. Gotten tested and it's impossible. She'll eventually confess she got pregnant from Tyrone and tried to pin the child support on you.

If you get word she's claiming you raped her or whatever, she's probably not saying anything to police. DON'T WORRY, if you play your cards right you're fine. She doesn't want to ruin your life, she just wants to ruin your social life, to see people hating you and treating her as the victim. For advice on what to do here, I'd recommend that instead of defending yourself from false accusations, you flip the script and challenge them for falsely accusing you of nonsense. She hasn't gone to police, so it's just social life she's focused on.

If you get word from POLICE about this, well now you gotta worry. The gameplan is different. You're wondering on what to say, right? The most elegantly phrased sentence one could possible construct? Here it is - nothing. Just say nothing. Not until you get the chance to talk with a lawyer. You didn't go to university to study law for 4 years; your public defendant lawyer did. The public defendant lawyer would probably give you a high-5 or something if he was looking into defending your case, and he sees that you've said nothing at all. Makes his life a lot easier. "Everything you say can or will be held against you blahblahblah..." but if you never say anything, there's nothing that can be held against you.

Be sure to include how to conduct yourself after a false accusation. Sometimes there's nothing you can do to prevent it. I was in high school and my nephew's mother accused my brother and I of abusing my nephew. Being offended and getting angry about it doesn't help, to others you are then just displaying your supposed mental instability. No time to explain now, but think of it in the way you have to interact with a police officer investigating you, cooperate in a calm and respectful manner.

Don't visit bars because women who make false accusations tend to hang out in bars.

Stay physically far from drunk women.

Don't get drunk yourself.

Always have a chaperone when you're with a woman.

When in your dorm with a woman, leave the door to the hall wide open.

Same when in an apartment with a woman.

Never be alone with a woman, not even for short periods of time.

Don't have sex until you've graduated.

If a woman flirts with you, or hits on you, tell her you're gay.

Take all the ways women used to have to behave to avoid being accused of having sex with a man, and flip the gender. That's how you avoid being accused of having sex with a woman. And it fucking sucks.
