Here's a thought, I know it is kinda radical, How about treating them the same as you treat women who come in for help and not try sending them to services for batterers when they say they are a victim.

women still can't legally rape men even if the intent (control etc) is the same. This will probably not change for a few generations, if ever. On this issue we have about 30 years worth of campaigning to do.
