Was it a good or bad thing he got a relaxed sentence since the 15 year old lied about her age? After all, whether she lied or not, the fact that she wasn't of age during the intercourse means she was a victim of rape, right? Therefore he still harmed her just as much, regardless of his lack of intent to commit a crime, right? How is it justice for HER, the rape victim, for him to receive a relaxed sentence? (this all presupposes age of consent violation is rape, of course)
