So she previously had a successful tribunal against the met of 37k.

The judge concludes that "winning a tribunal claim may have [had a] a detrimental effect on [her] future judgment[sic]"

So she (the judge) attributes her terrible behaviour to a change in character brought about by the previous tribunal.

She certainly has a more optimistic view of humanity that I do; my working assumption is that both tribunals were her crying wolf, and she just tried to step up her game the second time round.

Side note they generally don't allow visible tattoos on police although it depends on the area. Most likely she would have needed to have been allowed by a higher up to join with one on her hand. Also I don't see any others so must have been a shitty scratcher to do that on her. Most refuse hands without a lot of coverage.
