You are sincerely misinterpreting reality.

A. Children and mentally retarded people don't get the same time for the same crime. Why is that? Aren't they "equal"?

B. Nonrandomly selected groups never have the same merit.

C. And the rules change constantly, because the definition of "equality" changes constantly.

D. The differences between men and women are larger than any culture, class, or racial differences. They are huge.

Women work less and choose easier jobs. They therefore pay far less in payroll tax. They live longer and use more healthcare dollars per year so they end up using way more resources than they pay in.

They are taxed at the same rate as men. Are things equal?

The tax is a percentage of income, not a flat rate. Is that equal? Or would it be more equal if everyone paid the same amount and received the same amount. Or would it be more equal if people received benefits in proportion to their payments?

Women outlive their husbands, so that almost all of the survivors benefits go to women. Is that equal?

Women get one vote. Men get one vote. Is that equal?

There are more women than men. A vote along sex lines would always favor women. Is the voting situation still "equal?" Maybe it would be more "equal" women got slightly less than one vote and men got slightly more than one vote, such that the total number of male and female votes was the same.

There is no such thing as equality between nonrandomly selected groups of people. Only fairness. When both sides are happy, then the discussion is over. It had nothing to do with "equality." Equality is a religion.

Skipping C because you gave no examples to discuss

D. What specific differences, may I ask? They must be non-negligible/significant.

For the "women use more healthcare", that's true but remedied by giving everyone healthcare

They are taxed at the same rate, as they should be, it should discriminate based on pay not sex.

Taxes should discriminate based on income, because people earning 30k per year can't pay 10/15% taxes, and a person earning 10m a year can pay, in theory, 95% taxes. I shouldn't have to explain this, and it's not really relevant

Women outlive their husbanda due to life choices. However, if a couple decided that, if they are able to have a stay-at-home parent, to have the father be that, the father's lifespan would increase. It's due to stress, although there are many other factors.

As for voting, it is equal. Everyone gets one vote, to suggest anything else is both asinine and dangerous.

You're viewing women as a group and collective, rather as individuals, which I am inferring from the voting part. You must realize the groups of women and men are far more varied than you think.

And the differences between men and women ARE ALSO NON-NEGLIGIBLE. That is why there is no such thing as "equality" between men and women.

Men and women in the middle east and north africa both support Sharia law roughly equally. Why is that? The biggest happiness gap between men and women (in favor of WOMEN) occurs precisely in this part of the world. Why is that? Are men and women "equal" under Sharia law in your opinion? This is the difference between fairness and equality.

I see I will have to repeat myself: no two nonrandomly selected groups have the same merit. Racial groups do not have the same standardized test scores. Males and females do not have the same distribution of test scores. Left-handed and right-handed people do not have the same test scores.

You're kidding me, right? You need to educate yourself on basic facts. This is basic biology and psychology. Sexual dimorphism is a thing in the animal kingdom. Sexual dimorphism includes behavioral dimorphism.

What's your explanation for why the ratio of high IQ males to females is anywhere from 1.2:1 to 5:1 depending on how you measure it?

When it comes to differences between whites and non-whites in standardized testing is the difference between the amount of whites in poverty vs the amount of non-whites in poverty, in addition to the lack of ability for their grandparents to get education, which caused their grandparents to teach their parents not as well, and so on.

Statistically speaking, expecting groups to have the same test scores when a larger more varied set of factors are here is not advised. If it was just one or two factors that affected standardized test scores, maybe, but heres a couple factors I can think of that drastically change test scores, which the 'races perform different on standardized tests ' did not put into account: Whether or not the child ate the day of the test, whether or not the child studied, how long did they study, what is their general reading retention, what are their average math scores, what are their average science class scores, what field, if any, are they passionate about and is it on the test?, etc, etc.

There are more factors than you see when it comes to standardized testing, and these ideas don't control for them, making your extrapolations useless

The reason there are differences in the mean and standard definition on IQ between the sexes is a myriad of things.

However, I would say that the difference of 1.2:1 of both high and low iq males vs high and low iq females respectively is negligable. We would need something signifigant, such as 95% of females have homicidal tendencies, to legitametly have cause to make us not be equal. When I was referring to differences between the sexes being negligible, I was referring to it as anything impeding the ability to be equal, not just differences. Hell, If women never left the first standard deviation on intelligence (100% of women being either above average, average, or below average) that still shouldn't impede a social and legal equality between the sexes.

They support a system which is fair and divides labor between the sexes in their third-world low-education poverty stricken shithole. It has nothing to do with your "equality." You think they are somehow brainwashed by religion and you aren't? You are just as brainwashed -- by the religion of "equality." And as I said, it is an illusion. There is no "equality." Just like there is no Allah. There is only fairness negotiated between men and women over millennia which takes the form of culture.

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHY. They aren't equal. You are just arbitrarily making up your own definition of "equality" a hundred different times in this thread. Which almost noone else will agree with. Which should be your clue that there is no such thing as universal "equality." It's an identity politics religion. And you're brainwashed by it. There is no absolute equality. Only fairness.

LOL please take a statistics class. At +3 stdev in mathematical and spatial intelligence ability -- i.e. where engineering and science takes place, there are very few women. The ratio is more like 5:1.
