Presumption of innocence is regarded across most of the world as the most fundamental and sacred human right of them all.

For a senator to just straight up advocate the violation of such a right should immediately have her be stripped of her political position.

No one who holds a high political office should be advocating for severe human rights violations. Ever.

Why would ANY man, or woman who has a man in her life she wants to look out for EVER vote for this woman? If you vote for this woman, and you have any feelings as at for the well-being of men, you're not only morally bankrupt, but a traitor to the sex.

I mean, putting the horror of the fact that a woman who doesn't believe the rule of law applies to political enemies is in a position to craft legislation, you literally couldn't concoct a better way to campaign against her if you tried. If you run against this woman and you lose, good god.

And here is the entire crux of the controversy.

It is political.

This isn't about right or wrong, or whether it happened or not.

It's about the "right" way of thinking, and the "wrong" way of thinking.

This is disgraceful.

It is nothing short of a disgrace for a Senator to eschew fundamental presumption of innocence rights in order to achieve a political agenda.

She should be ashamed of herself. As should anyone supporting this political circus.

With the addition of a second woman alleging sexual misconduct of Brett Kavanaugh, it is still not clear what factual disputes will have to be addressed before a final confirmation vote occurs in the Senate.

The "republicans" delayed Obamas pick for over 18 months until he left office and then decided not to accept the pick for scotus.

Yet they are okay with not delaying this pick for 18 months like they did the last one.

He should not be on scotus.

This asshole will rule in favor of the isps and corporations when the NN fight gets to the supreme court.
