No settlement agreement in place, because opposing side drags everything on. No court orders as of yet, had one case conference.

I have been paying for everything, except things I have been able to punt her way, car, cell phone, life insurance, etc.

She has foreign assets that she is hiding, I have a legal team trying to smoke out the information.

She won’t vacate the residence, judge hasn’t booted her yet.

I want to default the mortgage. The house has been damaged by her and her boyfriend, and the well is contaminated. Well is 200ft through solid limestone, and I cannot afford to drill a new one.

Discussing this with lawyers, but want other men’s input. Given the damage, and well issues, the mortgage is definitely under water, and no one would buy it.

I need to remove her #brothel from her hands, and stop paying for it + utilities.

Can anyone think of any legal ramifications from defaulting, if any?
