Today is my 28th birthday and it made me reflect on my life so far.

I have less self confidence than I had a few years ago - even though I have more things to make me confident. Now I have hobbies, friends circle, amazing career, more money to buy outfits/take care of my looks, year of therapy under my belt, my own freaking flat that is fully paid off. I work out and I am a lot smarter when it comes to men and relationships than I was then - yet I feel so much uglier and inadequate than I did when, ie 22. Of course I do not show it, but it is rooted inside of me. All confidence I had was crushed by my previous relationships and I do not know how to get it back... how did you TRULY believed in yourselves? That you ARE queens and deserve the respect? I've been single for past 2 years. Covid does not help with meeting new people and the ones I do meet are lvm. They appear fine at first but then the red flags pop up and I break contact immidiately.

Do not get me wrong, I do act confident. People who know me would be probably shocked by this post. But I feel like it's a fake confidence and underneath it are all my insecurities and firm bilief that I cannot be loved by a valueable person... how do I change this mindset?
