Guys who don’t feel desirable usually go the PUA route or black pill route. Red pill from what I’ve seen is more often fear of being exploited by a woman and compensating for feeling emasculated by playing a caricature of masculinity.

Redpillers also do not push the genetics is everything argument you are leaning towards here that much, they instead believe it is mostly about being “alpha”.

The best thing you can do to improve your attractiveness to women right now is stop obsessing over your physical appearance and worrying about if women like you, this is a sign of neediness and insecurity and will repel women regardless of your appearance. It also is psychologically unhealthy.

Yes, but it also combines with an expectation of access to women's bodies. There's outrage at the idea of others getting something that they're not, and that it's unfair.

The solution for red pillers/PUAs is that it's women's fault, and that they shouldn't have a choice, or that their choice should somehow be invalidated or over-ridden.

I started out my journey a skinny, awkward person. I then became a chubby awkward person. Then I became a fit, awkward person. Then I became a fat, awkward person.

I'm 5'7" and generally unremarkable but have had a fair number of women express interest in me. Working on personality was a big factor as was working out when I used to. Didn't require a massive commitment. Just a couple of hours every 3-7 days (depending on what I felt like doing).

But since I chonked up, I managed to get into a long-term relationship and it's been healthy and we are both growing. No idea how old you are but sometimes it's just a question of time.

That being said, the best thing you can do for yourself is become the person you want yourself to be. If you are confident in yourself, it will show and it will be attractive to the right people. At the end of the day, personal fulfilment should precede anything else. Not to the extent that you dismiss people's value but that you just are happy one way or the other.

I know some pretty decent looking guys- think models and strippers.. some of them are redpilled. I dont know if they all know the term. But they definitely are textbook redpill. I think maybe invinsible men have more of tendency but there are all kinds. And i know for fact its nothing to do with their "size"

I wouldn't assume anything about you, but if I had to just say one thing, I'd say, try and focus on yourself for a while.

When I say focus on yourself, I mean your happiness. What makes you happy? Besides women and dating.

Try and distract yourself.

The more you focus on something that isn't in your control, the less attention you pay to things that are.
