Background, I (23M) was lonely and almsot an incel for years in High School. Around Senior year I realized that I can date people, and I have been dating ever since.

It's not hard, at all for me to find some girl willing to date me, or be my GF. The issue is, I don't know how to be feel satisfied with one person, I feel this need to constantly prove to myself, and maybe to others that I am not a loser, I am not an incel, that I am just as good, just as attractive than them, maybe even moreso.

I didn't even use Red Pill bullshit for it to work, I literally just showcased the parts of my personality that I know some women would be into. Traits that Red Pill and Incels think won't get you laid.

This all mixes together into me never really knowing how to commit to anyone, I end up leading women on, and using them for my own ego. All to keep telling myself I am just as good as everyone else, that the Red Pill is wrong. Funnily, the Red Pill keeps saying women are hypergamous, you're wrong, I'm hypergamous, I fucking know I can shoot higher, I can flirt better, I can land on a better girl.

There are, at least, 7 women that don't like me very much right now. 6 of them are women I lead on, 1 of them a close friend who saw what was hapening early on and told me to stop before things got worst, and I hurt someone. I obviously didn't.

The funny thing is, as I distanced myself from a lot of media, specially ones related to dating and sex, the more I realized how much I don't want it? How much I'm not interested in sex, how much of what I did was just pressure to fit in, and prove myself better than other people.

I don't know where I'm going with this, but I hope you could help me, if not, I hoped it at least gave you some perspective.
