At first I was outraged. Now I find it hilarious. Women having their spaces invaded, just like they invaded men's spaces. And the funniest thing is that feminist ideology set the stage for this. "Gender is a social construct", "women can do anything men can do" etc. In a way, it's karma for all the damage Title IX did to men's collegiate sports, and for the widespread damage feminism has done to men.

I don't have any sense of anger to be targeted on people for previous generations mistakes. It doesn't feel nice for me to see her suffer because she had this encounter.

I know how it feels like because as a male dancer I didn't have a locker room to change where I took dance lessons. The changing room for me was the unisex bathroom (even though there was a female bathroom as well). I had no problems with that because it was me and 4 other men vs more than 150 girls/women . The only problem was some pubescent girls who wanted to come in the unisex bathroom for small talk (many times while I was trying to change and I was 22y at the time). Because as you understand its a situation quite dangerous to me it was the last thing I wanted to face while I was just quickly trying to change clothes.

Locker rooms are important and a "safe space". I don't agree with the whole view that every man is dangerous and trans women are wolf's in sheep's clothing but even I as a man don't want in my locker rooms the opposite sex.

Once again, all you need to do is treat people equally, and all these problems go away; funny how no one else ever seems to notice that.

I especially love the freaking out over women being "harmed" by biological men being in their bathrooms. Not being ATTACKED by men in their bathrooms; no, that would make sense, by their mere presence. Because women, while being "strong" and "tough" and "powerful", are SO weak and SO fragile that they're damaged by the mere proximity of testicles.

Logically, I should be offended, on behalf of all the women in my life, but I just can't take the stupidity of the reasoning seriously enough for that.

I'm female & I find in absolutely mind blowing that Drs & scientists are saying there is no biological difference between the sexes. Wtf! Even if you're male if u have a daughter she will never be good enough the vast majority of sport to complete at a national or even local level. What's even more wild is that the cult of woke is so intertwined that u have women "feminists" shouting down other actual women as bigots for pointing out the unfairness. Their ideology is such a smorgasbord of ideas that they contradict themselves constantly. Basically all men are potential rapist & abusers unless they put on a dress or take a female name & then they are perfect angels who are oppressed victims. It like ladies pick a lane.

to me i see it as one of the most concrete and important examples of ‘misandry’

Transphobes are unable to view trans women as women, as a direct result of sexist / unreasonably strict stereotypes / classifications towards cis men (and often women too). This is exemplified in a hyper focus on sex characteristics, i.e. sexist attitudes towards how men and women should physically present or sound, generating shame for individuals who refuse to conform to gender stereotypes (i.e. shaming masculine presenting women). As well as harmful or inappropriate stereotypes / classifications regarding what ‘defines’ a women such as an ability to reproduce etc.

you can also see it in how trans people are so commonly referenced as ‘sexual deviants’ or ‘predators’ such as the ludicrous and exaggerated bathroom debates. as a result of sexist stereotypes of men being perverse and manipulative, and the view that trans women are men, their misandrist attitudes are clearly exemplified in their attitudes towards trans women. It’s this idea of people gatekeeping ‘femininity’ or ‘masculinity’, using this as an avenue to spread hate

and finally how trans people are so commonly implicated in discourse labelling them as a ‘danger’ or a ‘threat’, something i see as stemming from the fringe extremist misandrist views that all men are a universal danger and threat to women

However I'd be lying if i say it doesn't feel nice to see woman get a sense of the suffering that men go through every day because of abusive societal standards, differential treatment, and infringement on basic rights.

Which is quite funny, because I've seen comments from (rad) feminists blaming men for this whole transgender thing. Saying things like, "why aren't men speaking up about this?", "it's again, men first and women and children second", "this perfectly shows women are oppressed and society prefers men", "why are we placing men's feeling before women's?".

There's tons of other examples of these types of feminists blaming men for the transgender sports/locker room issues, even though feminists are literally the main ones supporting transgenderism.

Plus, these types of feminists have ignored when women/girls invaded men/boys spaces. I remember years ago when a boys scout group was called sexist for not allowing girls in, yet rad feminists claim it's only one sided (meaning, males are the only ones invading female spaces but not the other way round).

Also, a side note, it's quite interesting people (anti-feminists and conservatives alike) are praising J.K Rowling for speaking against transgenders. The things is, she only cares about women, not men. She doesn't care if trans-men are in men's spaces. Since she perceives men as predators, she therefore doesn't like trans-women in women's spaces.

I think that believing either idea is reductive and counterproductive and ultimately self-defeating from a personal and societal point of view.

Neither gender gets away scott free when it comes to unfairness. The only people who benefit from us squabbling amongst ourselves are those benefit from an unfair society. The very rich.

I think people shouldn't have legal gender.

They should in medical circumstances, since f.ex certain types of cancer hit a specific sex or are more prevalent in one.

I find it fucking hilarious. Progressivism eating itself alive. I'm sure they'll eventually find their way to blaming men for this one too, but in the meantime it's hysterical. Avi Silverberg destroying the 'female' bench record is another great example.
