This was learned from dating and the few times I actually opened up to women I was dating. And all the women along the way who let abuse happen to me

Backstory: Came from an abusive household, mother had BPD, abused me. I tried getting female teachers in elementary school to notice the bruises on my arm, none of them gave a shit or called CPS or had an SRO take me to the principal about it etc.

My mother was basically a chunkier version of a girl you'd see on Whatever or Fresh and Fit. She even told me she had me so someone would love her (yeah makes my fucking skin crawl too). She'd also throw DVD players at my head, lock me in the dryer, threaten to burn the house down, say she should have aborted me etc. BPD shit. If you know someone with BPD this shit is pretty standard.

The first indications in my life that women have no empathy, teachers and my mother's friends saw hand shaped bruises on my arms, and didn't do shit. Mother's friends would actually get drunk and commiserate with her about how all men are trash.

Dated a bit in high school, though it was all surface level bullshit. Then got to college where this came up the first time with a girl. She wanted to meet my family after 6 months of dating, I told her I don't talk to my family. She kept prying and prying about it, then I told her about my mother and what she did. Her first thought "sounds like you have a lot of anger and need to forgive her". Keep in mind, I'm only 19 at this time. That's shit you'd tell me at my current age of 29 if I was walking around bitter as fuck about it. You can't just say "that's shitty, I'm sorry that happened to you"? This than led to a giant argument about how she couldn't be with a man who didn't love his mother. She tried to apologize the next day but I was done and broke up with her.

That repeated one more time, then the third girl I dated and brought it up to appeared supportive then the millisecond a fight happened "I'm not your mother, you don't need to push me away". Like, what the fuck kind of reaction are you expecting saying that shit? Rather than see the sore spot in my emotions and treading lightly, you blatantly use it to manipulate me. Again, these were women I was dating and they'd rather try and manipulate my emotions to get what they want. Then they're shocked I don't want to be around them anymore

I just don't bring this shit up with women anymore, I just say both my parents are dead now and don't ever plan on talking about my childhood with a woman again. It was around that same time we started getting cultural signifiers of hating men like "manspreading" and women saying "you're not entitled to the emotional labor..." etc. So the message was pretty loud and clear. Apparently, wanting women I dated to be sensitive and supportive about my choices stemming from abuse is "entitlement". Okay, fine, expecting me to call 911 if I see you getting attacked is entitlement then. That's far more of an inconvenience than being supportive when YOU fucking pushed me to open up emotionally. Wanting you to just say "You didn't deserve that" or just literally one sentence of support is too much to ask for apparently.

A lifetime of women either looking the other way, outright supporting my abuser, or accosting me for not wanting to talk to my abuser has made it pretty clear most of you lack empathy. It's cascading to less apparent wrongs. What I mean by that is if you can't say "It's wrong to shove a four year old boy into a dryer and turn it on because he wouldn't eat boiled broccoli", then what other ostensibly vile and abusive behavior do you support? Also just women's general input into our culture when they talk about men is literally "men are trash". I'm honestly curious, has anybody seen women talk about men's issues with genuine empathy. The only time's I've ever seen it it's performative. It's always some bullshit canned line that probably came of an inspirational kitten poster. It's gotten me to a point of wondering what is the point of interacting with y'all at all because I feel lonelier with you than I do actually alone. These life experiences along with men's life experience declining and no turnaround in sight, I'm honestly convinced women are incapable of empathizing with men. They can be performative and pretend to care, but actually ask them to identify what feelings are spurned by what actions and solutions for those feelings, crickets. I don't even want to be sexual with people like that at this point in my life.
