Your goal shouldn't be to make her feel like she has to constantly compete. That is toxic and manipulative. Your goal is to be the best version of yourself you can be. Hopefully that makes you attractive as a person. Your goal is to make yourself someone she doesn't want to lose which is where the "competition" comes in. She knows if you are a good man it will attract the attention of other women.

There are a few things you could do, but they all boil down to the same thing: make sure other women (particularly her friends) are attracted to you.

You don't have to care about what she thinks of you, because we know her opinion of your worth is based on what others think of you (particularly her friends)

So don't manipulate your wife, be attractive to other women and manipulate her friends into thinking you're attractive.

If she has to spend her time getting her friends to stop flirting with you (because you're not flirting back and harassing you about it won't do anything to make it stop), that will keep her sense of you as an attractive "high value" male intact.
