Here is a tried and true method, but it does eliminate the "romance," "spontaneity," and other such nonsense.

Buy a set of but plugs that are progressive in size; the smallest about the size of your finger to the largest being bigger than your thumb with several steps in between. Get an ass douche as well. Again, this is NOT romantic, but why the fuck should you care. If she's not just manipulating you and really is into you, she'll do this.

First, douche her ass a time or two to make sure it's empty--use warm water dumb ass, cold can cause her to cramp. Her ass needs to be empty. If it's already full and you try to cram even more shit in there, that hurts. Empty is roomy.

Now, lube the shit out of her ass. And the smallest plug. Take your time and work it in, once in, leave it the fuck alone. Go watch tv with her or some shit. Let her and her ass relax around the plug. After about 10-20 minutes...

Gently work the plug out. Gently slide it back in. Rotate it to the left then the right. In out...but only a few times, you're not wearing her ass out yet.

Lube the shit out of her ass and the next smallest plug. Repeat.

Then repeat.

Keep repeating until you're using a plug roughly the same size as your dick. Depending on your dick size determines how long the warm up process takes. play it cool. you told her already that anal could be a dealbreaker. Ask yourself, you would want to immediately forced to do something that might be a little painful, wouldn't you stall a bit..? If in fact, she tries, don't you want her to enjoy it so she will continue with it? Don't try to force that shit (no pun intended), give her some time, try it a couple times, but if she eventually says NO WAY..well then she's calling your bluff (or not).

Sounds to me like an educational issue. She's afraid that it's going to hurt. Do a little reading about to warm her up. Put a finger in her butt first with a bit of lube one time.
