& mind you the airport is the PERFECT place to people watch; because you are seeing a congregation of many diverse ethnicities, cultures, & nationalities that you otherwise wont see at the local bar:

Attractive women are common. Attractive men are rare.

Waiting at my gate, I watched travelers pass by. Beautiful women were everywhere. It didnt matter if they were all done-up, dressed business professional. Or if they were in raggedy travel garb, ratty hair in a bun, wearing sweats, & a large T-shirt. Perfectly attractive either way.

However, I was struck by how few attractive men I saw. Schlubby, poorly dressed, poorly groomed. This is not a tall vs short post, but the truth is that the few attractive men I did see were exceptionally tall.

Learning lessons:

  1. (for men) Never get hyper focused on a pretty crush. Men are visual creatures, so a good looking girl makes their hearts leap. But just know there is a beautiful woman around literally every corner. Your options are endless, but you need to work on YOU. Become a dateable man.

  2. (for women) If you feel like theres so few men youre attracted to, you arent wrong. Its not in your head, most men are in fact ugly, Im sorry. So that just means that when you do find one you like, be a little more proactive in pursuing him; because he is rare.

This is common knowledge, but just reinforcing the point after witnessing it first hand this past weekend.
