I'm looking to branch swing to a more alpha position. I love the job I have now, but I'm not in love with it. It's safe and predictable and I get a stable paycheck, I'd just like a few more benefits and be able to work from new locations.

WTF? The job market is better than it's been in over half a century. The local In and Out Burger is paying $24.50/hr to attract burger flippers. Undocumented farm laborers are getting paid even more than that (much harder work).

Bruh there's literally 2 jobs for every 1 applicant right now. I don't even have a degree and I've got people hitting me up with job offers every other day the job market is great for workers rn. The workload once you get in though that's a whole other story.
