Caught her on camera coming into my house without my permission and then she admitted it in email. She was dropping off my sons soccer jersey but I still was not in the house and it was all locked. Told her I could charge her for breaking and entering then her response was to get an EPo against me saying I threatened to beat her up in front of my son. She lied to get the EPo saying she has 3 medical reports of me beating her in the past. In the end she gave me a std then when I said I was done she started hitting herself in front of our 3 year old. I grabbed her forearms and one slightly bruised. She went to her doctor saying I abused her. Nothing else ever happen and when my lawyer called it out in the affidavit she didn’t respond to it in hers.

In my response to her EPO the judge seen images of her entering and the email. He scolded her then took my son off of the EPo. I didn’t see him for three weeks. On that same day she changed her story 3 times in front of the judge. First I was in garage then I was in the kitchen then I was the one who let her in

We had family court to get a parenting order. Her affidavit was %80 lies. She said I was charged for hitting my aunty. I have an aunty who hits her husband and one time she threatened to beat me up. I told her I loved her but I won’t take shit from her. She slapped me so I slapped her back. She called cops but I had witnesses. Cops asked if I wanted to charge her but I said no

She said I beat my mother and I’m a drug dealer. I use to smoke weed and that’s my drug history. I can go on and on. Basically she lied hoping for full custody but the judge granted 50/50

My mother wants to charge her for lying about her but we’re not sure if it’s worth it.
