I’m not surprised. They pretty much rarely get in trouble for it and aren’t taught that it’s wrong for them to be controlling or violent. On the flip side, men are taught to respect girls and not harm them from a young age.

My own personal experience is that many fights are triggered or caused by women. Sometimes women who have made a really poor assessment of the capacity and ability of how the fight will play out.

Often men can read a room and will know when to shut up or avoid conflict in a situation like a bar where they would lose a fight.

Oké, this is me, I don't get physical, but I DO escalate things. I always walk away, but if people keep following me and don't let me cool down, I can get real vile. I think it's more lashing out because I really need that moment, but I can tear down someone's whole existence. And every time it escalated, I knew that I shouldn't said all that, but I also think I should get my space when I ask for it. It's not something I'm proud of, and I'm working on it. Getting better every day.

Feminists, and society, won't believe you. They don't like numbers, nor facts.

The bottom line is always going to be 'men are more aggressive', and it's true if it comes down to it - the most damaging violence is done by men. Feminists will always quote this - because it's true. I'm not sure what can be done about it. Is it a bell-curve thing? Is it endemic? Opinions?
