Need some honest feedback, I want to make it clear that im going through exposure therapy mostly but it wont hurt to have some wins along the way of course. All of these were today in a mall.

I started off all cold approaches with the generic "i think youre pretty" and moved on from there.

1) Approached a woman who was sitting and watching a video on her phone. Introduced myself, and asked for her name, where shes from etc. It was mostly me asking and her giving me direct answers, so i asked for her insta. After some back and forth with the whole "i dont use insta much" and all that, i added her. I asked if shes free this weekend, and she said we'll talk on insta, so i picked up on the cue and left it at that. This one was obvious but i was warming up.

2) Im walking and i see a girl walking by me who was pretty, so i immediately approached as she started to pass by. She said she was in a hurry, but thanked me for the compliment. I said "can i get your insta" as she was walking away, and that lured her into a conversation. We hit it off well, and then she said she had to leave and so did I. Got a follow back. This was easily the best interaction today.

3) Out of the corner of my eye, I see a pretty girl walking by and twirling her hair. I thought why not, approached her from behind and remarked about how I saw her pass by quickly and couldnt let her just walk away. Quick back and forth, she was going to her job at one of the stores at the mall. I ask for the insta, and she says she has a boyfriend and that her socials are private anyway and he checks them all the time. Then she stutters and says "its not like im down for an adventure anyway sorry" so i left it at that. In hindsight, maybe i couldve pushed it a bit and that was her signal or am i wrong? it does seem like a red flag in her relationship that would make her down to cheat, but idk

4) Approached a girl at a bookstore. Shes russian, so i start playing off that and she cuts me off with "im sorry its a nice convo but im here with my husband" and shows me her ring, enough said.

Please be brutally honest with your feedback. I want to improve as much as i can as fast as possible.
