Anybody have experience with this? What I read is there is no defense to appeal, doesn't matter what the situations are.

40% of my net income until the divorce is finalized. She is living rent free in a marital asset. No mortgage on the property. Expenses home owners insurance and taxes about 300 a month. Will the courts consider fair market rent as income?

I am paying a mortgage on a second home and renting it out for 1/2 of the mortgage. Cost me about 700 a month. I rent a room in Florida my expenses here are equal to one net paycheck a month.

Not sure about her income W2. She capable of earning 30-40K a year. She stole business that makes 12 to 25 k a year depending on conditions (dog breeding)
