STBXW and I had mediation last Wednesday and I’m pissed because it was such a waste of time and money. In short, the court appointed a custody evaluator early in the divorce. He recommended 50/50 custody in the divorce, when custody was brought up to my STBXW wasn’t willing to budge a bit. STBXW stated a many of times that I will only get weekends and remain on child support. Even the mediator stated that I have a high likelihood of getting 50/50. The hardheaded witch still wouldn’t move. With 50/50 her child support would be around 2k a month.

Then it came to the finances. Our home equity is over 200k and she has 295k in her retirement. She only committed to giving me 50k and I walk away. F*ck that noise. She lied to the mediator a couple of times about the finances and left out quite a bit of bank statements and the joint account statements. She said she had 140k in her bank accountant before we moved into our home and she made extra payments. Now there’s less than 3k in her bank account yet she makes over 100K. “The math ain’t math’n.” From her statements she swipes her card “7-10 times a day” and on the weekend she doesn’t have the kids she spends close to $500 on spa, nails, movies, and restaurants.

Now I have to hire a forensic accountant to swim through this bullshit. Damn I just want this to be over.
