I read a different article that quoted the same stat and prefaced it at people without further breaking it down to men and women. Maybe when it becomes 90% men it will be recognized as a gendered issue.

It's ok the majority of resources available to people seeking mental health treatment the 80% don't qualify for anyway. They only half-heartedly cared about men dying in droves when covid hit a proportional size of the work force that wasn't easily replaceable. I jest not, if you get handed resource pamphlets most likely the ones you qualify for will be addiction or gambling. Housing, food, utilities, & work placement you are very likely not getting. That isn't even addressing DV or child related assistance. But they are still required to legally hand them out to remind you how much you really matter.

They choose to use more lethal methods, leading to a higher chance of death while women tend to use less-lethal methods.

No. Everyone has access to a high building or a rope. Just because women attempt suicide to seek attention doesn't invalidate men.

Like I said before, I joined a Discord server that claimed to be a balance between blue pill and red pill discussion, only to find out that it was mostly simp men and women mods. And when I mentioned these latest statistics, the women and simp men said "Good" and "They made their choice". Not one ounce of pity or compassion. I left the server in disgust.
