Pinkpill is basically just female lncels. The equivalent would be a blackpilled man but being blackpilled isn't allowed here I think.

In the most basic simplified terms, a redpill woman is a pickme and a pinkpill woman is a femcel.

A red pill woman is a woman who believes in the red pill, an ideology designed to benefit men. A pink pill woman is a woman who believes in the pink pill, a different and less popular ideology which does kind of what the red pill does but is designed to benefit women. I assume it's not there because only like two people have ever chosen it as a flair and they've been women.
