Becky is a range and I think they are probably on the higher end. I don’t think they fit Stacy level. Stacy generally means someone who could model similar to Chad.

Eye color.
Blue/Green eyes are rare. All 4 of them had it. Green eyes only occur in 2% of the worlds population and some of them had it.
Also #1 had red hair which is also a rare physically attractive trait. It is even rarer than natural blonde hair.

Based on “classic” physical standards yes.
But classic standards don’t apply to everyone. You have to remember definitions of female beauty were defined by straight men. There’s little reason to believe you follow the same standards.
And these are all general trends, there are exceptions to everything in how we see beauty
I don’t really think eye colour is able to genuinely enhance a person’s looks. I’m bisexual, and I thought the first girl in the video was by far the best looking, despite having “plain” colouring.
Generally the first women is considered only a Becky because her facial features are not well defined. She has a recessed jaw instead of a well defined one. Her cheeks aren’t really defined either. It’s not just the rare physical traits.
That doesn’t mean she’s “plain” or whatever it’s just that there are just traits that are generally seen as more attractive then others. Also, most men find many Becky’s and even below average women attractive. You have to remember that for most guys Stacy is way out of his league and so while he admires the Stacy girls, he has little intent of trying to date them usually.
Eye and hair color absolutely enhance a persons looks. Why do you think so many women wear blonde hair dye on a daily basis? Men definitely talk about those things.
By those standards I would be a Stacey. I thought men didn’t like more defined features in women.

I WILL.
He shaves his head, gets some pants that fit so he doesn't have pear hips accentuated, does some lifting to improve is floppy posture and give him actual frame.
Not only that but his cadence in social interaction is off. He has no skill at being a human being. Ugly or not you can still have mental acuity his come backs are shit.
He's running at a solid 3 and he could easily get to 5 which is the min looks threshold to get in the game.
Also people talking about his recessed chin, unfortunately not much can be done about that but y'all really really underestimate mental acuity mixed with (life) game, when it comes to establishing presence in a situation. Strength in the postural chain is intuitively dominant period.
Women are intuitive and they submit to presence.
That being said, if you don't meet the looks threshold and have a clean style they will see you as a joke , because men can still respect you but women don't understand respect or understand power logically which is why they behave as children.
