The difference is that a lot of those things can be changed. Hair transplants / systems exist, and surgery can fix facial issues.

Height for the most part cannot. You can get shoe spacers, but the illusion breaks whenever you take your shoes off. Bone lengthening is the most expensive surgery one can get can has the potential for complications compared to facial stuff.

I bet you'd change your mind the first time you'd encounter any sort of conflict with a 184cm man while being 174cm. Not everything is about women. You're not aware of it, but height affects much more than your ability to get laid.

Yeah it's not magic. There are other factors involved. Like there was a tall guy with a micropenis pisting here a while ago, height probably didn't help him much.

Height is important in that for almost all women, you need to be at least as tall as they are. Most women will not accept men who aren't as tall as they are, at least.

As for the balding, shave your head and grow a goatee or a beard.

At least you're of the avg male height acc to your location, height isn't your problem.

But you're shorter than 5"6/7 then it's a big factor.

You can be 5"7 and have a 9+ face, then you can mog 90% of male population.

6"4+, avg face = slayer 6"2 - 5"10, avg face = might struggle 5"8 - 5"10, chad face = slayer 5"6-5"8, chad face = will struggle, still can get some <5"6, avg face = nightmare mode

It matters but it gets exaggerated a lot.

I'm 5'9 and dating a 5'7 girl. In heels, she's slightly taller than me and it's no big deal to her at all.

The biggest issue is when people lump average height men like myself with genuinely short men. That does a disservice to actual short men 5'6 and under.

But, even with genuine short men, they can do fine in dating if they have great proportions, a decent face, and have good social skills. Doubly so if they go for Hispanic, SE Asian, and Southern Italian women.

Short guys assume they would get a girlfriend if they were taller but they don't know that other factors come into play too. Otherwise me as a tall guy would have women flocking to me but they dont cause I'm ugly
