just reason #9438 to not get married. It's one of the biggest contentions for men, investing in a female and putting their sexuality in their hands (since non-consensual spousal sex is illegal) and watching them put it in a safe and throw away the key. I think a major part of the reason is that most females who are getting married are beta phase of their dual mating strategy, meaning they're only getting with a man for marriage for their security, not because they give af about the man, remember, females break all the rules for 'chad'

Before you get married, you will have a lot more bedroom gymnastics than after. I was married for 10 years, and before marriage we had monkey business several times a day, for four years. That was also the case for about the first 3 to 6 months of marriage. Then it slipped to once a day, then a few times a week. Within a year it was probably once a week. Towards the end of the 10 year marriage, it was just a couple of times a month.

Lots of married men will claim they are still getting plenty, but I bet they aren't getting as much as in the first few months. Any man who has been married for ten years and says he is still getting sex several times a day must be including his secret mistress or his hand.

Not married, but closest it is to it (because I won't marry). My experience with long-term relationship(s) is that you also lose sexual interest towards your SO but it's like women quickly reduce it to "maintenance sex". Cannot explain this unless you know what it is.

Best way to notice the pattern of maintenance sex is to look at it during the moments of relationship stress. If a woman is displeased with a relationship in any manner, let's say you're experiencing loss of job, or she's just unsatisfied with reduced hours you're assigned (think of it as a way of having your salary lowered)... she is prone to completely lose interest in having sex. So it's not anything physical or psychological that she's experiencing, just a relationship stress due to finance issues and your marriage becomes sexless. And it lasts for MONTHS, as long as the issue is there - until you break up. It's not that she's stressed, overworked or anything, she just reduces or completely stops having sex with you, even if you two sleep together, she does it because you're not living up to some of her expectations. This is why sex (or lack of desire for it) should be a good sign of relationship trouble. I don't say this is a given in all circumstances, it's a good signal for most couples.

Before, she used the excuses that she wanted it to be Godly, meaning in marriage.

After marriage, she came up with different excuses all the time. Sometimes it would change after a few days. Sometimes after a month. But one thing was absolutely consistent... her rejecting the whole idea. I was duped, in more ways than one.

Thankfully, even though it felt like crap at the time, it didn't last long after that.

Well after a while you do get tired of sex with the same woman. So you tend to have sex less.

If you have a baby and you don't have family around to help watch the baby, it's really hard to have sex. The baby is just always there in the way.
