Thanks dudes. Every damn time I get the feels I turn into a bitch. I knew I shouldn’t let it happen but I did. I want to know WTF is happening in my brain lol. I absolutely HATE it and hate myself for it. I’ll dive into those YT channels.

Concerning NMMNG I’ve read it multiple times. I understand red pill concepts, but, and there’s always a but right?, once I passed my anger phase from my divorce, I have become a bitch again.

The ANGER kept me stoic and I didn’t GAF with my current LTR. I know it turned her on too… anyways the anger has lessened or is gone, and I’m finding myself being a little codependent bitch.

I see it. I know it… but I truly feel I have some kind of psychological problem.

Saying “be stoic” and “stfu” is like saying “in order to beat death, just don’t die.”

There is a great therapist that can be found at your local gym. If you need a specialist for anger issues try boxing.
