Hi! I don’t know if maybe you’re on the wrong sub, because RedPillWomen is largely for women interested in male-led, traditional relationships. That isn’t to say a relationship can’t be male-led or traditional in nature if you’re the SAHD and your partner is the financial provider, but I think you’d be better off asking this in a different sub.

That being said, there are women who don’t mind being a financial provider while their partner is a SAHD. They’re not nearly as common, but they do exist. Personally I know of 2 couples who are like this, but, like you, the husbands were earning income prior to staying home, and they’re both pretty stereotypically masculine. Not that I like to necessarily paint people with broad strokes, but I do find that most women like some level of traditional masculinity, especially if it’s not necessarily financial provision.

EDIT: Y’all are being rude af 🙄 Literally there was a thread in here a day ago about RP women who were breadwinners, and a few of them even said their husband brought zero or little income, and they had no problems with it because their husbands were still the ones leading the relationship and had other avenues to be masculine.

So I would absolutely go for this but I’m older. There’s no way I would’ve been able to swing it financially at 25 or 30. And the guy would have to be my dream guy in pretty much every other way for it to work.

But agree with the others, I don’t think this sub is a good place to get that sort of advice. I would say you are likely to have better luck with older women who are financially more stable and and wanting to have a baby immediately so might be more flexible in what they are looking for. A 25-year-old girl is probably going to have just too many other options.

I've had 3 kids, and my husband has changed total of 3 diapers in his lifetime. I have never worked a day in my life. I have never taken my car to a mechanic. I don't even know when's garbage day. Full text: I am a single 25 year old male. I am in good shape, I workout at the gym regularly, and I make about 75k a year, however I am just not happy with the idea of having a career for the rest of my life. I feel like I would be happier if I could find a good women who wants or has a career that would make enough money to support us both and maybe a couple of kids in the future. That way I could be a stay at home Dad. Obviously I would be willing to do all the things that is expected of a stay at home partner cook, clean, take care of kids, etc.

My question is...Can I find a women willing to do that? All I hear is that most women want a man who makes the same money or more than they do. Is that true? Let me know your thoughts. Thank You!
