So I have noticed women talk trash behind each others backs a lot. To the point where my work is impacted. I love my jib, but I clearly see when there's a majority of women at a workplace this happens. Where insults, accusations, cliqs among other things happen a lot.

I personally can't be bothered with any of this, because as I mentioned I do my job and only have closer relations to a handful of people. This is just my anecdotal evidence how destructive this can be
