I would say to let the plate get upset. Focus on yourself, going hard in the gym and still continue healthy habits and improving yourself will yield a better sense of reward than screwing this plate and feeling good after. Listen to the rational side of your brain, how do you benefit most from this situation? By continuing your lifestyle and continuing to improve yourself, or chase a plate. We all know how that ends.

Next her wtf? The more you text her and offer plans while she’s acting like a pouting toddler, the more you look weak. A dad doesn’t get on his knees and try to offer up solutions when a child is upset about something silly, so why should you? Maintain dignity by walking away from this and letting her sort herself out
