I’m trying to get an understanding in general of how the process and timeline works for divorce. I know it differs by state but mostly trying to figure out what a best case and worst case divorce look like. Specifically things like if your spouse didn’t work, you owned the house and wanted to keep it, how long from discussion to filing to completing.
