Long story but my STBXW is down in our condo in miami we bought and it needs to be sold, we are so far behind in back taxes that the IRS put a lien on it 5 months ago.

I’m trying to finish the divorce off but she is really trying to screw me.

We looked at the assets and we have

Me 600,000 k in retirement her 230,000 k retirement AND she has $317,000 in liquid

So I have $82,000 more then her and they want me to do equalizing payment of $100,000 PLUS take 1/3 of my retirement!

And she wants ten years of alimony at 11 k a month for 5 10 k a month for 5

Mediation broke down and she is the reason we have financial problems . I’m an idiot I sent her 200 k last year my lawyer warned me not to cut her off or I could get a court order.

I’m more afraid of the IRS than my bitch stbxw. I figure she can spend down the $317000 she has in savings a bit to let her sweat. She hasn’t tried to work forever and for this year since I filed!!

What should I do next?? I don’t want her hitting my retirement
