TLDR: Less than a year after official divorce, ex wife filed a motion to change the parenting plan. Though we've had this court date for a couple of months, and court is in a couple of weeks, she suddenly wants to go to mediation to discuss a brand new parenting plan (an even different one than she sent in with the motion...I hope you can see she changes her mind a lot). She is expecting me to go to this mediation without seeing what she is proposing, just get there and talk about it, which I think is an absurd suggestion.

Would you agree to going to mediation without seeing what you're expected to mediate about?

Backstory: Had a contentious 2-year long divorce (at first, ex agreed to 50/50 everything, including custody etc, then at the final hour she said she wanted full custody and I gave up more than I wish I would have during mediation just to get her to settle on 50/50 time).

She's been fighting the parenting plan ever since it got put in place June 2023. She claims I tricked her into it and that the wording is too confusing with her (we shared the plan with her months in advance of mediation, she had a lawyer, actually 3 lawyers throughout the 2 year, which I feel goes to show how difficult she is to work with, and a full day of mediation).

A couple of months ago she filed a motion to change the parenting plan (she has terminated her contact with her lawyer so it's just her doing this and she only scheduled 30 minutes at court). She hasn't submitted any evidence to the court (because I don't believe there is any to prove her claims that the kids physical and mental health is suffering).

I feels like she's using the court system, and my time and expenses, like a frivolous resource available at her disposal. I'd consider mediation but feel very strongly that I should be shown the proposal in advance.
