Supposed to move out and take personal property. We agreed on the list of who keeps what. We agreed on a move out date. Her lawyers sent it back to us. That’s all the court order required.

HOWEVER, 36 hours before the move her lawyer sends a letter she wants me to sign that states the personal property but also adds in 15 other random requests. Some are tasks and things she wants me to do before I leave (basically be her maid). And some are asking me to produce unrelated documents (that should be only asked for in discovery).

We striked out all the lines that were unrelated or ridiculous, and sent it back to them. Now she’s threatening I can’t move out unless I sign her stupid demands.

But it’s NOT required in the court order.

What would you do? Should I go to the police before I show up with a moving truck? Show up with the moving truck and call the cops if she tries to stop me? Something else?

These dumb women really do anything stupid to get their way, don’t they?
