We got nowhere in mediation. She wanted everything and wanted to give up nothing.

We actually offline were able to come together on a parenting plan and after multiple back and forth’s and her saying “we’re completely aligned” she then abandoned everything in the 11th hour and proposed the same ridiculous plan she did in mediation.

So we had to get a temporary hearing.

Our proposals were due to the court and we submitted ours (temp parenting plan, use of house, temp child support, etc etc).

Instead of submitting their proposal, they asked for more documents (most stuff we either already supplied or they never asked for) and said they can’t submit their proposal until they get it.

Now, the deadline to submit was from the court. So I don’t know yet if they are just paying games with us, or literally didn’t submit it?

But either way. Have any of you delt with this nonsense? What happened?
