I know the expectation is that the guy will generally arrange the dates, initiate and carry more than their share of the conversation and escalate, but is it fair to say that when a lass is really interested in you then this process should be smooth and quite effortless (and any women who enjoy making it difficult can get fucked [by someone else])?

I’m not too sure how much effort is reasonable or whether I should be cutting women off as soon as things feel effortful.

I can say though that if I cut a woman off every time things didn’t feel effortless I would end up cutting off about 95% of women I get talking to - especially the more attractive ones. Maybe that’s for the best since I’m looking for something longer term.
