You’ll always have disadvantages unfortunately but you can maximize your efforts, don’t lose hope.

I’m a black guy who moved to a predominantly white, actually super white area and I moved from Africa. There were struggles at first and still are but I’ve fallen in love with focusing on things I can control.

Here are the things you can control

Style
Gift of Gab/Game
Money/leveling up career
Baby Steps (start counting the small wins and they’ll add up)
Join a local group/activity that has the types of girls that you’re attracted to so you’re used to chatting them up. When I was younger, I only ran cold approach bar and day game. However, a solid social circle can help you a lot.

Short answer you can't. But people are always attracted to intelligence, wealth and power.

But honestly just focus on women who either don't mind your ethnicity or appreciate it. Better payoff in general.

OP, you're right that people have prejudices, and if they are prejudiced against men of your ethnicity, physical build, hair colour, whatever, then you don't want to attract them in the first place.

The best approach for any man who isn't naturally gifted with the appearance of Adonis and the charm of Casanova is to invest the time and effort into developing attractive qualities. Once you achieve that, you will:

Have a natural energy about you that people are drawn to - men will respect if not admire you, and women will be curious about you
Have a rich and fulfilling life that puts you in contact with lots of people who share common interests and values, meaning more potential dating prospects either directly or via introductions from these new friends.

You should also check your dress style - dressing better doesn't need to be expensive.

Once you have all that nailed down, it's worth learning more about sex. You need to excel in other aspects of male attractiveness. Enhance your advantages rather than struggle with unimprovable downsides. There is a lot to improve pretty quickly with your appearance and mental, most of the time. You need to present yourself as a high-value male, that girls would like to reproduce with.

Once you will get to the decent overall level, you will attract some decent women or women that have an actual preference towards your sexual traits. You need to look realistically at dating scene. I guess you want to just have sex or find yourself a girlfriend, if you whine that most attractive girls are not attracted to you, you will be stuck in that state forever. Take what you can, reality is not a wish concert.

But here's the not so fun part.

Are you saying you have leveled up in game? Like do you know how to talk in a way that attracts attention and keeps people hooked?

Have you leveled up in looks? Do you consider yourself in the top 10% of men in terms of physical looks?

Do you think you are the most centered/stoic man you know? A man whom other men look up to?

How about your lifestyle? Do you have things you do other than your job/school that takes up your time?

Make an honest assessment of where you are right now, your social status and where you rank amongst other men. If the answer is painful then forget about attracting females for now! Focus on being a man of value first.

Focus on a worthy pursuit, something that makes you obsess over it. Something that makes your time go away effortlessly. Spend time in the gym and forget about girls before you reach the top 10 percent category in looks.

You never make somebody attracted to you. Attraction is not science. It defies logic. It's either there or it isn't. But some things do help. Obsess on the things that you have control over for a period of time. Give yourself 12 months. Unless you are dying soon, you can afford to take your mind off girls for that period of time and build up.
